6-Week Introduction to Krav Maga Series in Brookline (Fridays)

Join Jennifer Finkle for a 6-week introductory course to Krav Maga, an Israeli-developed form of self-defense. In this course you will learn:
The best stance to keep your balance during an altercation;
How to use punches, knees, kicks, and elbows to protect yourself; and
How to defend against common attacks, such as grabs, chokes, and pulls.
This is 6-week series of classes that will occur Fridays from noon to 1 PM on the following dates:
February 1, 8
March 1, 8, 15, 29
Registration will admit you to all classes.
