Join Julie Morrill for a 4-week self-defense series, where you will learn how to hone your awareness, use your voice to deter potential violence, and develop physical techniques based in Krav Maga, an Israeli form of self-defense.
In this course you will learn:
How to develop a better sense of awareness to prevent safety incidents;
How to use your voice to deter an attack;
The best stance to keep your balance during an altercation;
How to use punches, knees, kicks, and elbows to protect yourself; and
How to defend against common attacks, such as grabs, chokes, pushes, and pulls.
This is 4-week series of classes that will occur Saturday mornings from 10-11:15 AM. Registration will admit you to all classes.
