Co-founder, Rebecca Tolkoff, is a seasoned functional strength trainer, run coach, and rowing coach. You can now obtain personal and group training with Roar Training. We offer all types of strength, mobility, and cardio conditioning training and will offer a special Roar style workout, complete with punches and kicks to build your self-defense skills and strength.
